Jim Corbett Nainital Park Tours 2015

Jim Corbett National Park has gained popularity due to the extensive work done by the famous conservationist and writer Jim Corbett. Established in 1936, the national park has been named after its founder, Jim Corbett. Once known as the Hailey National Park, this popular reserve has the distinction of being the first to be awarded the status and the title of national park. The park is an abode to 580 bird species, 50 mammalian species and 25 reptile species. Apart from a number of nocturnal and diurnal species, the park is also home to various species of deer and wild boars. However, centre of attraction of the park is its tiger population. At the park, tourists can view leopards, jungle cats and many other animals.

Nainital is a 100 year old hill station situated in a valley near Naini Lake - a blue green lake enclosed by mountains on all sides and has got its name after Goddess Naini. It is a gorgeous hill district cushioned in the lap of the Central Himalayas in the Kumaon region. It's delicate yet primeval glory is exhibited in the lofty snow-capped peaks, green valleys and serene lakes that have tempted lovers of beauty since time immemorial. Nainital also has a 100 year old Raj Bhawan Golf Course for the golf lovers.

Depart from the Delhi railway station or airport as per your convenience and drive to Nainital. On reaching check in to the hotel and enjoy your evening which is at leisure by having a ride at Naini Lake at your expenses. Enjoy the dinner and overnight stay at hotel

Day 2:- Nainital (Local Sight Seeing)
Post breakfast departs for the lake tour of Bhim Tal, Sat Tal, Naukuchia Tal. At evening get back to Hotel and enjoy and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3:- Nainital – Jim Corbett National Park (60 kms /2 hrs)
Post breakfast prepare yourself for the visit to Corbett National Park. Check in Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 4:- Corbett National Park
next day post breakfast, Visit Corbett National Park which is positioned in the slopes of the Himalayas the majestic Corbett National Park. Diversity of flora and fauna are found here and is has gained its reputation for providing home the wild population of tigers, leopards and elephants. Established in the year 1936, Corbett National park is India’s first and optimum national park ranging to the banks of the Ramganga River, in the bottoms of the Himalayas. A well-protected wild habitat, Corbett delivers an extraordinary experience to a nature devotee and jeep and elephant safaris are the main attraction of the Corbett. Enjoy the overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5:- Corbett - Delhi (260kms/6 hrs.)
next day post early breakfast depart back to Delhi. On reaching Delhi, transfer to Railway Station / Airport.
