Jim Corbett National Park has gained popularity due to the extensive work done by the famous conservationist and writer Jim Corbett. Established in 1936, the national park has been named after its founder, Jim Corbett. Once known as the Hailey National Park, this popular reserve has the distinction of being the first to be awarded the status and the title of national park. The park is an abode to 580 bird species, 50 mammalian species and 25 reptile species. Apart from a number of nocturnal and diurnal species, the park is also home to various species of deer and wild boars. However, centre of attraction of the park is its tiger population. At the park, tourists can view leopards, jungle cats and many other animals.

Kausani originally known as Valna is a Himalayan hill town located in the state of Uttaranchal of India. It is located in the district of Almora, which is situated at an altitude of about 6075 ft (1890 m) above sea level. Located atop the ridge between dense pine trees, Kausani overlooks the Someshwar valley on one side and Garur and Baijnath Katyuri valley on the other side. Kausani is a scenic hill station famous for its panoramic views of the Himalayas of almost 300 km wide. Many mountains like Trishul, Nandakot and Nanda Devi can be seen easily from this place. Mahatma Gandhi was impressed by the beauty of Kausani and called this place as ‘Switzerland of India', since it is very similar to the landscape of Switzerland. Today Kausani attracts many tourists from all over the world.

Day 1:- Delhi – Delhi – Nainital (310kms/8hr)
Transfer from Delhi Railway Station/Airport, drive to Nainital. Check in Hotel. Evening is free for boat ride at Naini Lake which will be included in your own expenses. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 2:- Nainital (Local Sight Seeing)
Post breakfast make a visit for a lake tour of Bhim Tal, Sat Tal, Naukuchia Tal. Drive back to Hotel and enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 3:- Nainital - Kausani (120kms/5hr)
Post breakfast visit to Kausani via Almora. The place is an ideal for those who seek to escape from the din and dust, hustle and bustle of the big cities and wish to spend a quiet holiday in the lap of nature. Day is at Leisure which can spend by making a local sightseeing visit like Bajinath and Bageshwar. Enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4:- Kausani – Corbett National Park (190km/6hr)
Post breakfast depart from Kasauni to Corbett National Park via visiting Ranikhet. Ranikhet is the apex of a triangle which includes Nainital and Almora, driving along gentle slopes and pine covered hillsides. It is located in the northern state of Uttaranchal in the Kumaon hills. The time can be spend by sightseeing of places in and around Ranikhet like Hairakhan Temple, Chaubatia and Bhaludam etc. later drive to Corbett National Park. Spend overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5:- Corbett National Park
Post breakfast makes a visit Corbett National Park which is located in the foothills of the Himalayas is splendid. Corbett National Park is home to a variety of flora and fauna and is famous for its wild population of Tigers, Leopards and Elephants. Corbett national park was established in 1936 and is India’s first and finest national park spread along the banks of the Ramganga River, in the foothills of the Himalayas. A well-protected wild habitat, Corbett provides an unforgettable experience to a nature lover and jeep and elephant safaris are the main attraction of the Corbett.

Day 6:- Corbett - Delhi (260kms/7hr)
Post early breakfast drives back to Delhi. On arriving Delhi, transfer to Railway Station / Airport.
