Water Sports Tours India 2015


 
DURATION: 06 NIGHTS/05 DAYS
Destination Covered: Old Goa churches and convents Beaches (CALANGUTA, BAGH ANJUNA ANJUNA, VAGATOR and Dona Paule Beach)
 
Day 1: GOA
Welcome to incredible India:- Once a foreign country as Portuguese ruled it, still have a foreign look you are welcomed and escorted to Goa by one representive from your flight . The representative will take you by private car. To already booked hotels (out representative will be waiting out side the custom area with a play card of your name). We will welcome and guide you about the tour censuring that you will have best of the Indian holidays and you will be handed over the India travel kit containing all relevents’ documents of your trip (Air/Rail ticket, Hotel vouchers, Transport, Guide, and Sight seeing Vouchers wriling pads with other travel related documents.
NOTE:  The normal Check in- Check out time of the hotels are 12.00 hrs and if your arrival time does not suit this then we can arrange activities for you on the first day or pre-book the hotel from the previous night on additional charges as per your request. Normally it takes 1 hour to come out of the airport from the time of arrival.
 
Day 2: PANJIM:
Old Goa cathedrals and Churches:-  Take guide tour of old Goa cathedrals and churches, overnight stay at Panaji the capital of Goa.
CONVENT AND CHURCHES OF ST. ASSISSI
This is located to the west of the Se Cathedral and offers the best specimen of the religious art of the 17th century. The most interesting feature of the church is the Octagonal tabernacle in Baroque with Corinthian features. Then see Archaeological Museum just adjust to it.
BASILICA OF BOM JESUS
Was built in the 16th century on the right side of Se Cathedral. A Massive structure of Basilica of Bom Jesus is popularly known as the church of St Francis Xavier, the Patron saint of Goa. Whose body was placed in the new silver casket and the remains enshrined here.
 
Day 3:  DONA PAULA
Wind Surfing at Calangute: Tour of north Goa beaches (Calangute, Bagh, and Anjuna) and try out wind surfing at Calangute. Back to Panaji and proceed to Dona Paula. Night at hotels.
A wind surfer stands on a Fibreglass boards attached to rig made of a sail, mast bloom and mast base, with training he controls the craft in challenging conditions created by the wind and the water and executes various manoeuvres. For most wind surfers the freedom of the sport is the most attractive one.
Calangute, Vagator, Baga, Dona Paula, Miramar and Bagmalo beaches are popular with wind surfers. Check with resorts along these beaches for further information on activity providers who will give you some basic training before you hit the waves. Wind surfing at Dona Paula is an ideal spot.
 
Day 4DONA PAULA   
Sailing and water sports: This is an enjoyable day with water sports from Dona Paula Jetty. Spending full day at the beach is the best part of it. Overnight stay a Dona Paula.
The Dona Paula sports club offers you water-scooter, cycle and motor boat rides. Other water sports include wind surfing parasailing, water-skiing, toboggan shi-buiscut, skibob, sports fishing, snorkeling, harpoon fishing, kayaking and yachting.
Apart from this other attractions at Paula Beach are Reis Magos Church and Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary. From this beach more 10kms to sea the oldest churches built in Goa.
 
Day 5:  PANJIM
The way back: Day at your own till drive back to drop you at you Airport/Railway Station for onward journey.
